Chip Leazer

Chip Leazer has worked in the Human Resources and Operations field since 1997. In 1997, they founded a VA based S-Corporation, Evolve Consulting Services, designed to provide recruiting assistance to organizations in the Mid-Atlantic. Chip then worked as a Senior Associate for MBA Management, a business partner to many of the premier Technology professionals in the DC Metro area. In 2005, they served as an HR Consultant for Gate Gourmet, leading the Corporate recruiting effort for this global company as the organization transitioned its HQ from Memphis, TN to Reston, VA. In 2009, they became an HR/Recruiting Consultant for Allstate Insurance, spearheading the Agent sourcing process for the State of Virginia and the District of Columbia from an Allstate Regional Headquarters. From 2010 to 2017, they worked for Strayer University, first as the Director of Talent Recruitment and then as the Director of SFS Recruiting. In 2017, they became a Senior Advisor for Talent Acquisition at XA Systems, LLC. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an HR Recruiting Consultant for Evolve Consulting Services, providing recruiting assistance to companies in the Airline Industry, Staffing Industry, and Defense Markets. Chip currently serves as the Director of HR & Operations at IP Network Solutions, providing Cybersecurity and Network Infrastructure solutions to the Federal Government.

Chip Leazer graduated from Radford University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management.
