Simon White

Simon White has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Graduate Controller at Nissan Technical Centre Europe from February 1997 to August 1999. Simon then transitioned to become an IS Project Manager, responsible for the analysis, development, and implementation of IS solutions for the R&D group at Nissan Technical Centre Europe from August 1999 to March 2013. In this role, they also became a Subject Matter Expert and managed new projects.

Following that, they joined Nissan Technical Centre Europe again as a Senior Project/Portfolio Manager (Senior Controller) from April 2013 to September 2021. In this position, they managed the system development team and was responsible for project and portfolio management of all business systems used by R&D within Nissan Europe. Simon covered the full system life-cycle and also had hands-on project management and analysis responsibilities.

Simon's most recent work experience is with iPoint-systems gmbh, where they held multiple roles. Simon started as a Senior Project Manager from October 2021 to November 2022, delivering projects for global organizations in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. Simon had day-to-day contact with USA-based customers and also provided strategic consultancy on the new Customer Centre organization. Simon then took on the role of Interim Director Customer Centre from November 2022 to March 2023, managing the Customer Centre team and overseeing software implementation projects, application support, and customer success/engagement. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Professional Services, starting from March 2023, at iPoint-systems gmbh.

Simon White graduated from Lancaster University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, and Marketing. Simon attended Lancaster University from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their A-level education at Olchfa Comprehensive from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, Simon has obtained certifications in Scrum: Advanced, Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations, and Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories from LinkedIn in 2021.
