Robert Blau is a Quality Advocate, V&V Manager, and Engineering Leader with extensive experience in test management and system quality engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Test Management at ipoque, a Rohde & Schwarz company, Robert has previously held various leadership roles at Varian, where they led the global Verification and Validation organization and oversaw the successful market launch of the ProBeam 360° product line. Robert began their career as a Software Test Intern at AVSG Allgemeine Versicherungs Software GmbH and has also completed traineeships at Siemens and Siemens Energy. They earned a Diplom in Information Systems from Technische Universität Ilmenau in 2004.
