Silke Boing

Silke Boing currently serves as a Senior Recruiting Manager and Senior HR Generalist at ipoque, a Rohde & Schwarz company, since July 2022, focusing on HR, communication, project management, requirements management, and internal training across various roles. Prior to this, Silke worked as an Expert HR Recruiting at DHL Express from February 2021 to June 2022, specializing in HR, training, IT, customs, and continuous improvement. Silke holds a Master of Arts in Personal und Organisation from the University of Koblenz and Landau and has completed several certifications, including Personalreferent IHK, Ausbilder, and Train the Trainer from IHK-Akademie Koblenz e.V. Additionally, Silke has studied Psychology, Personnel Recruitment, and Eignungsdiagnostik at PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen.
