Joanna Martin has over 17 years of work experience in the marketing and customer success industry. Joanna began their career in 2004 as a Circulation Coordinator at OfficeMax, Inc. and then moved to OfficeMax in 2005, where they held the roles of Manager, Affiliate Marketing and Marketing Analyst, Small Business. In 2006, they moved to CareerBuilder.com as an Email Marketing Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Arc Worldwide as Manager, Digital Strategy and Senior Strategist, Digital Solutions Mobilization. In 2012, they joined phenomenon as Brand Director, where they managed all Account aspects of email marketing for agency clients. In 2021, they joined iPost as Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager.
