Adrien Rens is a seasoned Managing Director and Operations & Supply Chain Executive with over two decades of international experience in renowned multinationals such as Faber Group, Brambles, and Royal Philips Electronics. Currently serving as Regional Managing Director at IPP, they focus on building sustainable operations in the DACH, PL, and CEE regions. Adrien has a strong track record of supporting global expansion and transformational change, driving substantial financial savings through process automation and operational efficiencies. They hold both a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management Science, alongside an Executive Development degree from CEDEP.
