Andy Maddock

Andy Maddock is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and general management, currently serving as the Regional Managing Director at IPP. They founded ARM Associates in 2023 to support individuals and businesses navigating economic and technological changes. Previously, Andy held various senior roles at The HEINEKEN Company, including Marketing Controller and Commercial Director, demonstrating a track record of driving growth and strategic initiatives. They also served as Managing Director at Purity Brewing Co and have contributed as a Board Advisor for St John Ambulance Cymru. Andy has a BSc HONS in Business & Geography from the University of Surrey and has played rugby professionally for Wasps Rugby and Rosslyn Park Rugby Club.
