Doreen Manda is a seasoned Development Specialist and advocate for gender equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights, with over 15 years of experience managing complex multi-donor funded programs. Currently, Doreen serves as Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID Stop GBV Project, overseeing comprehensive efforts to prevent and respond to gender-based violence. Doreen also works as the Country Coordinator for Ulubuto Gender Equity and is the Country Manager for Zambia with the International Planned Parenthood Federation. Previously, Doreen held the position of Programme Manager at the Department for International Development from 2009 to 2019.
