Moctar Menta

Moctar MENTA is an experienced communication and media professional currently serving as a Media Advisor and Content Specialist at the International Planned Parenthood Federation since January 2021. Prior to this, Moctar held the position of Communication Specialist at UNDP from March 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies, managing social media platforms, and producing information campaigns. Moctar also served as a Communication Specialist at the International Fertilizer Development Center and as an Audiovisual Officer at the Institut Malien de Recherche Action pour la Paix. Additionally, Moctar has academic credentials that include a Master’s degree in Communication numérique et média from the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers Multimédia Balla Fasséké Kouyaté de Bamako and a Master’s degree in Droit international des affaires from the Faculty of law and political sciences of Bamako.
