Rawan AlAli is a Global Senior SGBV Advisor at the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and has over 10 years of experience in protection, specializing in Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child Protection, and psychosocial support across various countries, including Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen. Rawan has held several key positions, including Regional Protection and Gender Mainstreaming Expert for the Middle East and GBV and Adolescent Girls Technical Manager. They have developed sector guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures, and training materials while also facilitating national and international trainings and workshops. Rawan is knowledgeable about international standards and has managed large teams in protection coordination.
