Vanessa Stanislas

Vanessa Stanislas is an experienced leader in safeguarding and quality assurance with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Safeguarding and Incident Management at the International Planned Parenthood Federation since April 2019, Vanessa also holds fellow status at The Institute of Leadership and has a leadership role in coaching at the British School of Coaching. Previously, significant positions include Vice Chair and Chair of the Governance and Compliance Committee at Papworth Trust, Managing Director at ASCET Consulting, and Director of Quality at Scope. Vanessa's early career includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and Director of External Services at Disability Alliance, and various roles at the Department for Work and Pensions.
