Stéphane Nomis has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a professional Judo athlete and champion at Paris Saint-Germain from 1990 to 1999, where they developed a competitive mindset and learned the importance of teamwork. Stéphane then worked as a Sales and Account Manager at AlphaCSP from 2000 to 2001, where they gained strong business and negotiating skills. Following that, they founded and became the CEO of Ippon Technologies in 2002, leading a company that specializes in developing performant applications and providing strategic technical solutions. In 2007, they became the President of SUPINFO Maroc, establishing the first SUPINFO campus in Africa, aiming to train computer engineers for the Moroccan labor market. Currently, Stéphane Nomis serves as the President of France Judo since November 2020, overseeing the growth and development of the organization.

Stéphane Nomis attended the INSEP (Institut National du Sport, de l’Expertise et de la Performance) from 1990 to 1999, where they obtained a BE (Bachelor’s degree) in the field of study related to sports, expertise, and performance. Additionally, they completed a certification as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Paris in 1999.
