Matthew McGregor serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 38 Degrees and has been a Trustee at IPPR since December 2023. Previously, McGregor held the position of Director of Campaigns and Communications at HOPE not hate from January 2018 to October 2021 and worked as the Director of Digital at Precision between May 2015 and December 2017. Prior to this, McGregor was VP, International at Obama for America from October 2011 to December 2012 and served as Digital Rapid Response Director at Blue State from October 2011 until September 2011. McGregor also held roles at Blue State, including Director and Business Development Director in London from August 2008 to September 2011.
