Roa Powell is an accomplished researcher with a diverse background in emerging technologies and ethics. Experience includes roles as a Senior Research Fellow at IPPR since September 2025, an AI Ethics Advisor at UNESCO for a brief period in late 2022, and a Researcher at the Interparliamentary Forum on Emerging Technologies from April 2020 to December 2021.
