Ayça Targün

Ayça Targün has a strong background in human resources, with over 16 years of experience. Ayça started their career at Finansbank as a Customer Representative from 1999 to 2002. Ayça then moved on to Bilim Pharmaceuticals as a Human Resource Specialist in 2002. Targün joined GEFCO as a Human Resources Specialist in 2004 before transitioning to İpragaz A.Ş. Here, they held various roles including Human Resources Executive from 2005 to 2017, Human Resources Manager in 2017, and currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director from 2018.

Ayça Targün's education history includes studying Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Kent University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued Human Resources Management at Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi from 2003 to 2005. Ayça then attended Marmara University from 1995 to 1999, where they graduated with a degree in Economics and achieved the third highest rank in their class with a GPA of 3.45 out of 4.00.
