Juuso Piskonen

Juuso Piskonen has held multiple positions in the tech industry since 2005. In 2014, they were a Trainee at CSC - IT Center for Science, where they optimized and refactored an automatic Linux image generating process, contributed to an Open Source project for parallel installation script for R packages, and tested proof of concept of big data analysis tools. That same year, they also became Project Secretary at the Student Union of Tampere University of Technology. In 2014, they were also a Software Developer at ADA Drive, where they designed and implemented the Ada Master Data Service, worked on web services, databases and data structures, and created data tools for internal usage and testing. From 2005 to 2018, they were also a Freelancer, doing graphic designing, web designing and web application projects with multiple technologies and CMS. Finally, since 2018, they have been the Lead Engineer & Co-Founder of IPRally Technologies Oy. In this role, they have created and maintained data pipelines to import and update patent documents, images etc, created and maintained CI/CD and infrastructure, worked on coding practices and git workflow, introduced linters, DB schema versioning, and been in charge of information security and compliance, leading ISO 27001 project.

Juuso Piskonen attended Tampere University of Technology from 2008 to 2017 and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Software Engineering.
