Sam Downes

Sam Downes is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in managing enterprise accounts and enhancing customer retention. Currently serving at IPRally, past roles include Renewals Manager at insightsoftware, where 150+ Enterprise customers were overseen, and Customer Success Manager at FXLoader, managing over 90 enterprise accounts. As a co-founder and host of The Thirst For Knowledge Show, Sam engaged with specialists to foster a community of learners. Previous accomplishments also include building sales enablement processes at Doqaru Limited and substantial client management at Dash Hudson, achieving a 97% retention rate. Sam holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Aberdeen.
