Tom Reynolds

Tom Reynolds is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Partner at IPRG since January 2016. Reynolds earned recognition as a top "30 Under 30" CO Award recipient in 2017 and was acknowledged as a "Rising Star" by REW in 2019, as well as being named among the "Ones to Watch" by NYREJ in the same year. With a robust background that includes a previous role as Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where Reynolds was recognized as the Top Earning Rookie in 2015, IPRG specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and development site properties, achieving over 750 property sales totaling more than $2 billion. Reynolds holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech, completing studies there from 2011 to 2014 after starting at Penn State University from 2009 to 2011.
