Micah Rigler

Micah Rigler currently serves as the Director of Data Operations at iPro Systems since October 2025. Prior to this role, Micah held positions at SkillPath as Strategy and Growth Officer for Digital Solutions and Business Development for the Learning Experience Platform from December 2022 to October 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at RTS Financial and Learning and Development Consultant at SkillPath. Micah founded LifeTiles, achieving significant sales through tradeshow marketing. Other roles include Office Manager & Tax Professional at EMERICK & COMPANY, PC, and H&R Block, as well as Community Liaison Officer for the U.S. Department of State and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Micah began a career in software sales as a Software Sales Manager at a company that was sold to Intuit. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oral Roberts University.
