In 2013, Eric joined iPROMOTEu as an Accounts Receivable Administrative Specialist, overseeing receivables, managing payments, and resolving concerns for designated affiliates. Eric later took on roles as Affiliate Relations Manager and Affiliate Services Manager - Technology, responsible for addressing technology requirements and championing the needs of affiliate distributors. Recently, they served as the Sr. Manager of Affiliate Services and Sr. Manager of Affiliate Technology and Operations at iPROMOTEu, gathering customer feedback, creating mockups, and improving processes for their Order Management system. Eric's work experience demonstrates their strong customer focus, operational expertise, and adaptability across different roles and industries.
