Becca Garner

Becca Garner has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Becca is currently serving as the Global Head of People Ops & Partnering at iProov, where they focus on maximizing online security and simplifying the onboarding and sign-in experience. Previously, Becca worked as the Chief People Officer / Head of HR at Cashflows, where they were responsible for various people-related functions. Becca also held HR roles at Travelex, including Senior HR Manager and HR Manager, where they led the establishment of a new payments technology business unit and provided HR support to global corporate functions. Prior to that, Becca worked as an HR Business Partner at Tesco Bank and as an HR Officer at the College of West Anglia. Becca began their career at Thomas Cook, where they served as an Employee Relations Advisor and HR Advisor, managing employee relations issues and supporting the creation and application of HR policies.

Becca Garner completed an Associate CIPD (L5) degree in Human Resources Management from DPG - CIPD. This program was undertaken from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from CIPD in June 2015. Becca also holds a certification as a Lumina Spark Practitioner from Lumina Learning, though the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
