Richard Green

Richard Green has extensive experience in software development, particularly in Android development. Richard has held various roles in different companies, starting from 2000 to the present.

Richard's recent work experience includes being the Head of Android at iProov since July 2021, where they are responsible for the Android development team. Prior to this, they were the Android Technical Lead at iProov starting from June 2019.

Before joining iProov, Richard worked as an Android Technical Lead at UrbanThings from April 2018 to May 2019. In this role, they contributed to the development of a modular, white-labelled e-Ticketing solution.

Richard also served as the Lead Android Developer at End Clothing from April 2017 to April 2018. Here, they worked on architecting their first Android app, integrating it with their eCommerce platform and utilizing various libraries and technologies.

Earlier in their career, Richard held roles such as Delivery Manager at Snupps from July 2012 to September 2016, Senior Java Developer at BrightTALK in 2012, and Senior Developer at Metadata Technology Ltd from July 2010 to November 2011.

Before joining these companies, Richard founded their own company, 2 Cubed Ltd, where they served as the Owner from January 2003 to July 2010.

Moreover, Richard has experience working as an IT Consultant Developer at Crown Agents, Glass's Information Services, and Hemscott in the early 2000s.

Richard Green attended Whitgift School in Croydon from 1978 to 1986. Richard then pursued a degree at the University of Southampton from 1986 to 1989. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mathematics with Computing.
