Casimiro E. Rodriguez has extensive experience in the field of surveying, currently serving as Pipeline Survey Party Chief at Encopass since May 2014 and as Party Chief at Willbros Engineers, Inc. since 2014. With over five years of experience in field surveys using both GPS and conventional methods, Casimiro specializes in boundary line traversing, high accuracy control surveys, and construction staking. Additionally, Casimiro has been involved with IPS since May 2009 as a Survey Party Chief/Instrument Man for pipeline projects, focusing on detailed surveys of proposed pipeline routes utilizing total stations and GPS equipment. Proficient in survey data processing and Microsoft Word and Excel, Casimiro has developed a strong skill set in handling survey files, sketching detailed topographies, and interpreting maps.
