Swati Johari is an experienced professional in the cosmetic and personal care industry, currently serving as the Center Head at Ipsaa since June 2019. Previously, Swati held the position of Assistant General Manager for Planning & General Affairs at NTH India Private Limited from June 2009 to March 2015. Swati also gained valuable experience at Colorbar Cosmetics as Assistant Manager for Product Planning, focusing on product development and market research in cosmetics and skincare. Earlier roles include Research Scientist at Dabur India Limited, where Swati worked on premium skincare products, and Assistant Manager of Cosmetic Development at Sami Labs Limited, responsible for product development and quality improvement. Swati began a career in R&D at Sarvotham Care Limited and holds a B.Tech in Cosmetic Technology from Nagpur University.
