Aaron Bober

Aaron Bober is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in managing engineering projects and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at IPS-Integrated Project Services since November 2022, Aaron has also held leadership roles such as Vice President at the Layla Lynn Bober Memorial Foundation since January 2019 and Senior Engineering Project Manager at CRB from August 2020 to November 2022. Previous positions include Planning Board Member for the City of Framingham and Director of the Worcester Office at Azzur Group. Aaron has extensive expertise in process engineering, having worked for companies like SNC-Lavalin, Midori Renewables, and Biometics in roles that encompassed project management, process design, and technical operations. Aaron holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 2006.
