Alison Ballon

Alison Ballon currently serves as the Director of Design Safety at IPS-Integrated Project Services since August 2024. Prior to this role, Alison was a Principal Engineer at AcuTech Consulting Group from June 2022 to July 2024. Between March 2015 and June 2022, Alison held various positions at Occidental, including Process Safety and Risk Engineering Lead, Production Engineer, and Senior Process Safety / Risk Engineer. Alison began the professional career as a Senior Consultant and Supervisor at BakerRisk from January 2008 to March 2015. Alison earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina in 2007.
