Austin Carney

Austin Carney is an experienced professional in the construction and project management industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Preconstruction at IPS-Integrated Project Services since February 2010, where responsibilities include project planning, estimating, value engineering, and procurement for US and international projects in the pharmaceutical and animal health sectors, with project values ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion.
