Bill Whelan

Bill Whelan, PE, LEED AP, is a Project Director and Director of Electrical Engineering at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, where responsibilities include managing the electrical department across multiple states and overseeing design and quality control for international pharmaceutical, industrial, and laboratory projects since June 2009. Previously, Bill served as MEP Department Manager at CMX Engineering, overseeing technical quality and project management for a team of 16 professionals. Earlier roles include Electrical Engineer at E&M Engineering, Vice President and Director of Operations at Wick Fisher White, Managing Director at Syska Hennessy Group, and Electrical Engineer at CUH2A. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and has a foundation in engineering from Archbishop Ryan High School.
