Cecilia Devlin

Cecilia Devlin is a Process Architect Consultant with 24 years of experience managing and coordinating large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical, food, and medical technology sectors. Currently a Senior Process Architect at IPS-Integrated Project Services, Cecilia has previously served as the Head of Architecture in China, where they contributed to business development and project management for high-budget initiatives. Cecilia's extensive expertise spans all phases of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. They are currently pursuing degrees in Architecture from multiple universities, including Ulster University, the University of Humberside, and University College Dublin.
