Chris Testa

Chris Testa serves as the Process Engineering Group Leader / Consultant at IPS-Integrated Project Services since May 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, where Chris held several positions including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering, focusing on leadership, project execution, and process optimization. As Pilot Plant Manager, responsibilities included overseeing a team in the design and construction of a pilot plant and managing contractor activities. Earlier roles included R&D Process Engineer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where Chris co-invented patented technologies for continuous crystallization, and Chemical Process Development Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital. Educational achievements include an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
