Ciaran Culhane

Ciaran Culhane is a seasoned construction program manager with extensive experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) project management. Currently a Senior Construction Program Manager at IPS-Integrated Project Services since October 2022, Ciaran previously held positions at Mercury as Project Manager and Mechanical Package Lead, and at Mace in various senior roles including Senior MEP Manager and Quality Manager. Significant contributions include managing the M&E construction for major projects at City University and overseeing critical MEP installations across various high-profile developments. Ciaran began a career in piping supervision with various firms starting from an apprenticeship at Leo Lynch & Company Ltd and has consistently demonstrated expertise in coordinating large teams and complex logistics in fast-paced environments.
