They previously held positions at GEA Group, IPS, GSK, and Unilever, building extensive expertise in process design and engineering. Dawn is passionate about developing diverse teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University and are a Chartered Engineer.
