James Hausman

James Hausman is an experienced construction professional with extensive expertise in project management and field operations. Currently serving as General Superintendent at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC since September 2019, James has a proven track record in overseeing significant construction projects, including the successful completion of Rowan University Holly Pointe Commons and major developments at Villanova University while at Torcon from March 2015 to June 2019. James has also held General Superintendent roles at DCK Worldwide and Contracting Systems Inc., where responsibilities included managing large-scale projects such as the University Town Center Mall. Previous experience as Director of Operations and General Superintendent at Irwin & Leighton, Inc. involved overseeing diverse projects totaling over $300 million. James began his career at Lehrer McGovern Bovis, contributing to the construction of complex facilities.
