Joanne Meloro is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at IPS-Integrated Project Services. Joanne has over fifteen years of experience in the commissioning and validation of pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities. Joanne is responsible for the development and execution of validation plans, protocols, and summary reports. Joanne has also assisted with the execution of Pre-Functional and Functional Testing and the preparation of ETOP documents as part of facility commissioning activities. Joanne has extensive experience with Siemens BAS hardware and Apogee software, Kaye Validator and Val Probes, temp/RH dataloggers, particle counters, Shortridge ADM, multimeters/loop calibrators, sound meters, and light meters. Joanne's other skills include cleanroom gowning, aseptic sampling, compressed air/lab gas sampling, water sampling, system walk downs and red-lining of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and P&IDs, Good Documentation Practices, Risk-based Approach to Good Manufacturing Practices/Risk Assessments, and use of Microsoft Office, Project and Visio software.
Joanne Meloro has a degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University. Joanne also has an online certificate in project leadership from Cornell University College of Engineering and a certified life coach certification from The Life Coach School. Joanne is currently working toward their CPCC certification from the Coaches Training Institute and their ASQ CQA certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
