Joe Soroka

Joe Soroka currently serves as the Vice President of Global Commissioning for Mission Critical & High-Tech Facilities at IPS-Integrated Project Services, where the company excels in providing EPCMV services. Prior to this role, Joe spent nearly twelve years at Microsoft, first as Director of Critical Environments Operational Excellence, responsible for the development of the Data Center's Critical Environment program, and then as Director of the Global Commissioning Team, overseeing commissioning services for all Microsoft data centers worldwide. Joe's extensive experience includes serving as President of ZDT Group, LLC., and holding roles such as Senior Vice President at Total Site Solutions and Director of Technical Services at Lee Technologies. Additionally, Joe was President of Electronic Systems, Inc. and began a career as a Field Engineer at Teledyne Inet. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pennco Tech-Bristol, and certifications in commissioning and OSHA training from various institutions.
