John Rejfir

John Rejfir is a seasoned professional in engineering and process management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as the Director, Process Specialist at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC since October 2020, John previously held the position of Associate Director, Process Engineering at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the development of automated aseptic manufacturing equipment. Earlier roles include Sr. Manager, Process Engineering, and Principal Equipment Engineer at Boston Scientific, where John led engineering teams and directed operations for process development. At Alza Corp., John served as Sr. Mechanical Engineer, leading the design and qualification of pharmaceutical process equipment. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
