Lee Hays

Lee Hays is an experienced operations director in construction management, currently serving at IPS-Integrated Project Services since February 2023. Previously, Hays held the position of Vice President of Operations at Seegert Construction from June 2018 to December 2022, and before that, worked as Director of Project Management at CBRE, overseeing corporate real estate program management in San Francisco. Hays has extensive experience in project management roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Allied Container Systems, and SBI Builders Inc, focusing on large-scale projects for major clients, including the US Marine Corps.
