Marinha Capela, P.Eng., is currently the Process Engineering Group Lead at IPS-Integrated Project Services, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Process Engineer at the same company from 2021 to 2023 and held various roles including Process Engineer and Corporate Engineering Manager at Septodont from 2015 to 2020. Marinha began their career as an Operational Excellence Intern at GlaxoSmithKline in 2008, later working as a Process Specialist and Validation Specialist at SNC-Lavalin Pharma from 2011 to 2015. They hold a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Chemistry from Queen's University.
