Michael Earle

Michael Earle is currently an MEP Superintendent at IPS-Integrated Project Services, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Lantheus as a Facility Manager in Internal Cold Manufacturing from 2018 to 2021 and served as a Facility Supervisor at Sanofi Genzyme Corp from 2011 to 2018, where they successfully led a team and managed significant projects. Michael's early career included roles as a Maintenance Lead at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services from 2003 to 2010 and as a Concrete Pump Operator and Lead Mechanic at Monadnock Concrete Pumping from 1984 to 1994. They bring over 23 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in manufacturing and facility operations.
