Michael Merves

Michael Merves, PE, currently serves as the Lead Process Engineer at IPS-Integrated Project Services since March 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Wood as a Process Engineering Supervisor from October 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing a department with seven direct reports for projects in gene therapy and bulk biologics manufacturing. Michael's experience extends to Jacobs as a Process Engineer between October 2015 and October 2021, where oversight included managing teams for substantial greenfield facilities, as well as serving as a Product Development Test Engineer at Unilife Corporation, focusing on the development of medical devices. Michael began a foundation in chemical engineering as a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in 2014.
