Mike Curtis

Mike Curtis is a strategic global leader with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence and profit delivery in complex industrial organizations. They held full P&L responsibility for CITGO's $300 million Lubricants & Grease business, where they achieved significant performance improvements through disciplined execution and cross-functional alignment. Previously, Mike played a key role in steering Pacific Drilling through various transformations, including restructuring and capital optimization. They possess a diverse background in procurement, operations, and corporate planning, and they are currently serving as a Senior Project Director at IPS-Integrated Project Services, leading a major manufacturing facility construction project. Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
