Minal Khobare

Minal Khobare is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at IPS-Integrated Project Services since August 2025, Minal has previously held positions including Director of Human Resources and Corporate Administration at Getinge from November 2018 to August 2025, and Senior HR Business Partner at Merck Group for 15 years, where Minal focused on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, talent management, and employee engagement. Minal’s early career includes roles in HR generalist duties at Datamatics Financial Services Ltd and in sales key account management for Merck's chemicals portfolio. Minal holds a Master's degree in Labour Studies, HR, and Industrial Relations from LNML MILS.
