Nate Ginsberg

Nate Ginsberg is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management, engineering, and property management. Experience includes serving as a Professional Baseball Player for the Joliet Jackhammers Baseball Club, followed by roles at Pall Corporation and CBRE as a Project Manager, where Nate oversaw significant biotech lab renovations and managed integrated solutions projects for biopharma. As a Design Project Manager at IPS-Integrated Project Services, Nate has led life science capital projects and managed large-scale developments. Prior experience as a Design Engineer at Plexus Corp. involved creating innovative products for life sciences, while past work as an Automotive Technician at Sears Holdings Corporation provided mechanical expertise.
