Paschal McErlean

Paschal McErlean is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as the Director of Construction at IPS-Integrated Project Services since February 2022. With a diverse background, Paschal previously worked as an OSM Project Manager at MSD for a brief period and held multiple roles at PM Group including Construction Manager for a data center project in Denmark and Program Turnover Manager for a major Biotech facility in Swords, overseeing the execution of extensive turnover processes. Additional experience includes positions as Construction Field Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, and Project Planner at various engineering firms. Paschal holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engineering Management from the University of Ulster and completed further education at CIF in 2012.
