Richard Paynter

Richard Paynter is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the life sciences sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at IPS-Integrated Project Services since January 2023, focusing on the design and implementation of pharmaceutical and mRNA manufacturing facilities. Prior to this role, Richard was the Lead Process Engineer at PharmOut from January 2019 to January 2023, managing various pharmaceutical and GMP projects. Richard's career includes significant positions at GlaxoSmithKline, where responsibilities ranged from capital project management for sterile manufacturing facilities to process engineering.
