Roger Lefferts is a Preconstruction Manager at IPS-Integrated Project Services, Inc. since May 2014, contributing to the design, construction, and validation of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities through expertise in project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and benchmarking. Prior to IPS, Roger Lefferts amassed extensive experience at Turner Construction Company from 1978 to 2013, where responsibilities included Project Engineering, Project Superintending, Quality Control Management, Purchasing, Estimating, and leading a new Consulting Group focused on preconstruction services. Roger Lefferts holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University, complemented by further education at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London.
