Ross McCluckie earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University and has specialized in process engineering within the pharma industry for 13 years, working for Novartis, Ipsen, and currently NNE. They have held various engineering roles, progressing from a graduate to a senior principal process engineer, and have led significant projects, including overseeing the development of a greenfield drug product facility. Ross has a diverse background in both primary and secondary manufacturing, clean and black utility systems, and has demonstrated expertise in project management, process optimization, and team leadership. Presently, they serve as a Process Utility Lead at NNE and will soon transition to a Senior Design Manager role at IPS-Integrated Project Services.
