Sofia Benjamin

Sofia Benjamin, CSSBB, serves as a CQV Engineer II at IPS-Integrated Project Services since November 2022, having previously held the position of CQV Engineer I. Prior to this role, Sofia worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at the New Jersey Department of Transportation from May 2019 to November 2022, after starting as an Electrical Engineer Trainee. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Electrical Engineer at Shenoy Engineering, PC, and a volunteer position at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where Sofia assembled medical equipment, performed acceptance tests, and supported biomedical engineers. Additionally, Sofia served as a robotics and computer programming instructor at Young Engineers e2. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and two associate degrees from Brookdale Community College in Electrical Engineering and Physics.
