Warren Lam

Warren Lam serves as the Lean Manager at IPS-Integrated Project Services since February 2025, previously held the role of Project Manager and Owner's Representative at Lam Group, overseeing the construction of substantial projects, including the $150M Victoria Theater development. Prior experience includes General Manager at Broadtrade Service Group, where Warren Lam led a diverse team in HVAC and plumbing services, and Project Manager at Allergan, where a significant packaging branding initiative was managed. Additional roles include manufacturing and quality engineering positions at Allergan, real estate salesperson at Weichert, Realtors, and graduate assistant at Rutgers University, where various engineering projects were successfully executed. Warren Lam earned an MS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University.
