Yen LeeLynch

Yen LeeLynch is a Senior BIM Coordinator at IPS, where they focus on BIM HVAC and electrical services coordination for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Previously, Yen served as a Senior BIM Coordinator and Team Lead at Mercury from 2018 to 2023, overseeing BIM mechanical services and modeling for the semiconductor industry. They have also held various mechanical design engineering positions at companies such as Mott MacDonald Pettit, McElroy Associates, and TOBIN Consulting Engineers, where they specialized in the design of HVAC systems for diverse building types. Yen holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Energy Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin.
